Is the page supposd to be in it's own little box where it has it's own scroll bars inside the browser. Is there any way to fix this??

Yes, it's supposed to be like that. It's so the site is easier to access, and it's not two separate sites, it's a forum within the main page.

1 because face isnt finished yet its a temporary fix for the header of the forums not being the site.
also i have made it so if you go to the main page and click forums it does that, but hit forums again and it will be only 1 page.
